Zak came to refit an existing carpet that had been removed for building work. He kept in touch about his ETA and arrived exactly when he said he would. Fixed the underlay and refitted the carpet within an hour. He even vacuumed the room before leaving — I wasn't expecting that at all. Will definitely use ZD again and wish him well with the new business.
